What do you do when you hit this kind of mindless mush?
You know it doesn't serve you well. It makes life even harder. We all have our stories, our lives that we are currently creating following our own paths based on what we currently are aware of consciously - maybe you're awake or not awake - meaning, maybe you are sleep walking to deal with the pace of daily life as it can be overwhelming OR you're somewhere in between questioning the madness and wanting something different.
So, you have to ask yourself this. How long am I going to torture myself and stay in the mush? My experience has been, I can see that life seems to be going on around me regardless of how I am behaving. The only one that is hurting myself is me in this picture. Oops!

Our worldly predicament gets in the way of this connection to ourselves all the time because we have allowed to believe everyone else instead of the truth we each hold inside. When we STOP THE MIND, and reconnect to the joy of being in our body (turn on the music and move or be still to sense your breath move in and out) and to the vision, unconditional love, endless comfort and source of positive energy our soul provides, we can get ourselves out of the confines of the mindless mush!
Don't give your joy away and succumb to negativity. Your dreams are real. Use your body and soul connection to guide you there...and then your mind will kick in to take action to make it happen!!
GOOD-BYE MINDLESS MARCH MUSH! You've served your purpose.
